ENPAR ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF BIOSOURCE NEGOTIATIONS
March 28, 2008, ENPAR Technologies Inc. (TSX-V: ENP) (“ENPAR”) wishes to announce that the negotiations to acquire Biosource Inc. (“Biosource”) of Worchester, MA, USA, have been terminated. The previously-announced arbitration proceedings will resume at a date to be determined by the two parties.
